How to Fix

Step 1: Check connector between Sub PCB and UVC LED. If disconnected or loose, reconnect or repair connector.

Step 2: Enable 'Self Care' function. Measure voltage at CON2 14th Pin ~ 13th Pin. Expected: 11.4~12.6V (Self Care ON) or 0~1V (Self Care OFF). If not matching, replace Sub PCB assembly.

Step 3: Measure voltage at CON2 12th Pin ~ 13th Pin with Self Care ON. Expected: Not 0 or 5 (signal oscillating). If reads 0V or 5V (static), replace UVC LED.

Step 4: If connector is confirmed good and PCB voltage is correct but UVC LED still fails, replace UVC LED.

Step 5: If all checks pass, reconnect or repair connector.
